Frank Joe welcomes first child
CANADA-BASED Rwandan artiste, Frank Joe, has become a father as his wife Melanie Gale gave birth to their first child together, on Valentine’s Day Eve, February 13. The newborn infant is healthy and his name is Taye Rukundo. Joe was reportedly, was by his wife’s side when she gave birth to the bouncing baby boy.
