I would like to request officials from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to increase sensitization campaigns on the issue of customer service, especially among restaurant owners in Kigali. I find it difficult when I visit restaurants and those who are supposed to give me services turn their heads the other side as if I am a street begger.
Rwanda has, lately, become a top global business reformer by creating an enabling environment for business activities to thrive, and therefore, restaurant owners must style up. They ought to know that a customer is always the boss.
The President has called on Rwandans to demand for and deliver quality services but some business operators and service providers are yet to change their attitude.
Surely, customers deserve better services.
