Elion Victory, (real name Ngarambe Victory), on Christmas energized his Kayonza fans at the launch of his debut solo album ‘Babwire.’
Amahumbezi pub, the venue of the concert, was packed to its capacity by concert goers, from the Eastern Province.
The mood was upbeat during Saturday's iconic concert, when Victory staged an electrifying performance which stirred up the crowds.
He poured his soul with his song ‘Amafaranga’ and was overjoyed when the crowd sung after him and danced themselves uncontrollably.
The true star of the night was Belgine Bizimana, of the New Collaboration group, who earned the crowd’s admiration with his Afrobeat freestyle just before he got on stage to perform.
‘Babwire’ album comprises 13 singles, including ‘Amafaranga’, ‘Martha’ and ‘Fiesta.’
Featured at the event were Belgine and Puff G, Kamishi, among others.
