Editor, This letter is in reference to your article entitled “Rwanda, Uganda to form Sales Partnerships’’. which appeared in yesterday’s edition of your newspaper. It is very encouraging to note that Rwanda and Uganda, both countries within the EAC, are coming together to form sales partnerships. This is significant now, since we have the EAC Common Market which came into effect recently.Partnerships and joint ventures are essential at this hour and such initiatives will result in a win-win situation for all concerned organizations. Early introduction and implementation of a common VISA for the five EAC countries, will also greatly enhance visitor arrivals into the region.
