This week, the Rwanda OTC market had a total turnover of Rwf 29,400 from 200 KCB shares traded in two transactions at the price of Rwf 147 each. At the end of the session on Thursday, there were no bids or offers.
This week on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), KCB shares hit a low of 18.80 Kshs (Rwf 137) and a high of 19.05 Kshs (Rwf 139). On Wednesday, a total of 887,000 KCB shares were traded and closed at 18.95 Kshs (138 Rfw). The NSE All share index closed the week lower at 95.56 compared to the previous week’s closing of 96.11.
The Bond Market:
No transactions were recorded. At the close of business on Friday, there was a bid of Rwf 100 million government bonds at 98.237 and there were no sellers.
