14 Heads of State for Presidential swearing-in
KIGALI - At least 14 Heads of State have so far confirmed they will attend the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Paul Kagame slated for September 6. According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Louise Mushikiwabo, the 14 that have confirmed presence are mainly Africa leaders but many more are still coming in.
