RECO-RWASCO donates water, electricty to Genocide survivors
GICUMBI - Employees of the electricity and water utility RECO-RWASCO in Gicumbi District, Friday installed water and electricity in two homes of genocide survivors of Nyarutarama Cell and also donated an assortment of food stuff.
