Christopher Magezi, a Ugandan:
The people of East Africa have a lot to learn from the most recent Rwandan General Elections. East Africans should learn that patriotism is a very good element for a nation to prosper.
Rwandans have proved to be serious about seeing their country grow very successfully both socially and economically, by vigorously casting their votes.
I believe that if elections elsewhere in East Africa follow the peaceful trend that Rwanda has set, I think that political and social strife that seem to have crippled the region for a long time shall forever be erased.
