Hilton Hotel's arrival in Rwanda is big deal

The more influx of such brands into our market, the more our local operators will eventually realise they too need to raise their game in order to compete and survive. And, that can only be beneficial for our economy and overall service quality.

RE: “Hilton Hotel franchise enters Rwanda market” (The New Times, October 5). Congratulations to all involved. This is another vote of confidence in Rwanda, Inc., from yet another premier global brand.

 

The more influx of such brands into our market, the more our local operators will eventually realise they too need to raise their game in order to compete and survive. And, that can only be beneficial for our economy and overall service quality.
