Investment in Kigali Master Plan needed
Editor, Reading The New Times, I learnt that following the approval of the Physical Detailed Master Plan (PDMP) for Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge districts, Kigali city has earmarked Rwf 180m to market the Master Plan both in and outside the country.
