RWANDA’S professional striker Bobo Bola has joined Finnish second division club Atlantis after a five-year spell in Sweden.
Bola, who was also being targeted by France’s Sedan, chose to ply his profession in Finland because the deal was a lot more lucrative.
“I have signed a two-year deal with Atlantis which means that I will play for the club until 2013.”
The Congolese neutralized Rwandan striker, who has not featured for Amavubi in over a year, is eager to impress Rwanda’s head coach Sellas Tetteh ahead of the upcoming 2012 Africa Nations Cup qualification campaign.
After a brief spell at APR in 2005, the forward joined Landskrona Bois before being loaned out to Bodens BK. He then returned to Landskrona Bois where he made 26 appearances scoring three goals.
Last season, he featured for Panellinios IF.
