Emulate Rwanda National Police

Rwanda National Police’s examples are always exceptional. The significant achievements Rwanda continues to register are a clear indication that African countries – if they could only shake off their negative political agendas, differences among some ethnic groupings – identify their common goal and recommit to stay together just like Rwanda did 23 years ago.

I am certain Africa could become an amazing continent.
