Driving licensing needs to be streamlined

The whole driving permit exercise should be removed from the Traffic Police and a new department out of Police jurisdiction created to handle it. Police is still stuck in archaic methods.

The whole driving permit exercise should be removed from the Traffic Police and a new department out of Police jurisdiction created to handle it. Police is still stuck in archaic methods.

 

Why would you do the test on only manual gear vehicles when you would only drive automatic gear cars for example?
