Editor, As someone who has been suffering from the lack of piped water, along with my neighbors in Kagugu, its heartwarming to read in yesterday’s Sunday Times that RECO-RWASCO on Friday had finished repairing the broken water pipe in Nyabugogo.
Water supply is back in affected areas.
