ALTHOUGH his team lost the first leg playoff tie against Muhanga, Kibuye coach Casmir Nkurikiye remains adamant that his team can fulfill their dream of making a hasty return to the top flight by winning the May 8 return leg.

Kibuye, who went down last year, failed to make the most of their home ground advantage as Muhanga pulled off a vital 1-0 away win at Gatwaro stadium but Nkurikiye insists that the tie is still wide open.

“We under performed in the first leg because of too much pressure from our fans but we know what is at stake and believe we can do the job,” he said.

The other playoff tie pits Nyanza against La Jeunesse.

The winners qualify automatically to the Primus League.
