People suffering from arthritis should check their protein diet

According to nutritionist protocol, you can avoid animal proteins for 6 months and use light on protein-dense plant foods, then you can gradually increase your protein intake until you are eating approximately one gram of protein per day for every two pounds of your body weight, with no more than one major serving of animal-based protein.
