Beware of fraudsters on social media

Allow me to react to the story, “Minister Kabarebe speaks out on Facebook impersonator” (The New Times, June 10). This is a clear sign that in Rwanda, just like anywhere else in the world, we must keep in mind that some people would try to use their knowledge in ICT tools, such as social media, for malicious reasons.
