Rwanda is working hard to change the way customer service is seen in the private and public sector.
We have made it a priority to improve the customer care environment and I think that everyone should be involved; foreign embassies as well.
I don’t see why many foreign embassies treat us visa seekers like lepers while we travelers actually take money to their countries.
These embassies should set as good an example as their countries normally do. These nations they represent usually have excellent customer service.
