Memorial basketball tourney on cards
TO crown off the 16th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, the local basketball federation (Ferwaba) has organized a two-day memorial tournament. According to the federation’s Secretary General Jean Lucien Mugabo, the event scheduled for April 24-25 is open to all top division clubs.
