APR handball coach blames referee for KIE loss
APR’s handball coach Vienne Munyangondo was quick to question Olivier Umutangana’s ability to handle ‘top level’ games after his side’s surprising 22-27 loss to the revitalized Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) side on Sunday. Munyangondo accused Umutangana of getting overwhelmed by the intensity of the game.
