The Bralirwa counter yesterday shed Rwf10 to close at Rwf380, down from Rwf390, the Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) Wednesday market report indicates. The beverages firm registered a total turnover of Rwf1.8 million from 4,700 shares traded once.
On the other hand, the Bank of Kigali (BK) counter was unchanged compared to the previous trading session on Tuesday, closing at Rwf299.
The bank recorded a total turnover of close to Rwf5 million from 16,900 shares traded in two deals. The KCB, NMG and Uchumi Supermarket Limited counters recorded no transactions.
The bourse RSI declined by 4.11 points to close at 236.51, while the All Share Index (ALSI) shed 1.04 points to close at 135.79 driven by declining Bralirwa share price.
Meanwhile, there were 64,900 Bank of Kigali shares on offer yesterday at between Rwf299 and Rwf310 and bids for 70,000 shares at between Rwf285 and Rwf286.
On the Bralirwa counter, there were offers of 61,200 shares at between Rwf390 Rwf400 and an outstanding bid for 6,800 shares at Rwf365. Uchumi had offers of 6,500 shares at Rwf104 and no bids.
On Rwanda Stock Exchange bond market, there was an outstanding bid for 500,000 bonds at Rwf100 and no offers from government bonds FXD 3/2014/5yrs (RW000A1ZN2X8).
