Very light but filling and delicious,” Mebs says. He adds that the Quebec based dish doesn’t need a sauce as the gravy and cheese topping makes sauce. The best part about it? The gravy is made using store-bought broth, so you don’t have to make your own. Prep time - 5 min Cooking time - 15 min What you’ll need Gravy French fries Cheese topping Procedure •Heat oil in a deep fryer and place the fries to make French fries•Warm gravy in a microwave until it is boiling hot. This is a very important procedure. •Place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the cheese over them.•Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese. •The gravy is heated to boiling point for it to properly melt the cheese. •Place the meal in the microwave for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese a little more and serve immediately.
