Neema Larissa Word has it that former Miss KIE Neema Larissa will be representing Rwanda at this year’s International Supranational competitions in Poland. The gorgeous dark skinned girl will be leaving for Poland in December. Neema held the crown from 2011 till she graduated from the teacher training college in 2013. She has appeared in competitions for Miss East Africa 2012 and she has worked for telecommunications company Tigo.
