Prisons warder arrested for rape
RWAMAGANA – A prisons warder, Valence Komezusenge, attached to Nsinda Prison, was arrested and detained at Muhazi Police Station on Tuesday for allegedly raping a 17-year- old student. The incident occurred in Gatare village, Rwamagana district and the victim is a student of tailoring at Rwamagana vocational school.
