Rulindo to borrow leaf from Nyamagabe
RULINDO – Officials of Rulindo district executive and members of the advisory council on Tuesday had a two-day study tour to Nyamagabe district in the Southern Province. Speaking to The New Times, the Rulindo Mayor, Justus Kangwaje, said the tour was part of efforts to learn from successful projects in other districts, which could be applied in his district.
