Farmers protest payment of livestock vaccination fee
RWAMAGANA – Scores of livestock farmers in Mwurile sector, Rwamagana district, have protested against the veterinary officials’ decision to charge them for vaccinating cows. Last Sunday’s vaccination exercise turned chaotic after farmers complained about being asked to part with Rwf 300 per cow.
