A salute to the Rwandan flag at the Commonwealth headquarters
Editor, The 8th day of March, 2010 will be a day to be remembered by all Rwandans and friends of Rwanda. For the first time ever the Rwandan Flag will be hoisted and fly proudly at the Commonwealth Headquarters in London.
Marlborough House has been the headquarters of the Commonwealth since 1965. Today, it houses the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Commonwealth Foundation.
