Passengers are known to have lost their belongings due to the unruly touts operating in the park,” one passenger said.
Taxi drivers blame district authorities for failing to construct a proper taxi park in the town.
“There is a lot of confusion here, there is a mix-up of taxis, motorcycles and bicycles all in one place, the district should solve this mess,” said one driver who plies the Cyangugu- Huye route.
According to Alberic Karemera, the taxi park manager, it is difficult to manage the park since due to its location.
