Suspected Muhanga rapist on the run
KAMONYI – Residents of Karengera cell in Musambira sector Kamonyi district have appealed to Police to hunt down a man who allegedly defiled a 7-year-old girl, last week. The incident happened on January 15 and the suspect, only identified as Twagira, 23, alias ‘Cyanira’, a resident of Mbari village, has been on the run since last Saturday.
