Regional and local artists to grace “Bye-Bye Vacance”concert

As the long vacation comes to an end, and the New Academic Year kicks off. Cadillac in conjunction with Mama Africa Restaurant have invited a wide range of artists for the “back to school” concert. The proprietor of Cadillac discotheque and Mama Africa Restaurant, Cobra, says it will be an opportunity to take entertainment to a whole new level.

As the long vacation comes to an end, and the New Academic Year kicks off.

Cadillac in conjunction with Mama Africa Restaurant have invited a wide range of artists for the “back to school” concert. The proprietor of Cadillac discotheque and Mama Africa Restaurant, Cobra, says it will be an opportunity to take entertainment to a whole new level.

Meddy, The Ben, and Tom Close (Rwanda), and Uganda’s DJ Junior, Radio and Weasle and Grace Nakimera are among the performers.

“I’ve been in events for so long, and I’ve organised mega concerts, featuring some of Africa’s most famous artists, including Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Brenda Fassie, and Koffi Olomidé,” Cobra told The New Times. “I also want to make this one successful.”

On Jan. 31st, Cadillac will host a “Meet & Greet Celebrity” party, entrance fee Rfw3000.

The main concert is slatted for February 1, at Amahoro Stadium’s Expo Grounds. Entrance at Rfw3000, and Rfw5000 for VIP.

Tickets will be sold at the entrance.
