I am Rwandan living in the Diaspora and an ardent reader of your newspaper, The New Times.
Allow me to congratulate you for the good work you did in covering the probe report on the downing of the former President Juvenal Habyarimana’s plane.
The way you presented the report made it easier for everybody to read and pick the main points of the report.
I also congratulate the independent commission that came up with this report for the good work they did. It is evident that the new report clearly overshadows the one that was published by the French a while ago.
It is an evidence-based report and the researchers managed to interview a wide rage of people totaling to over 600 from different categories who, in fact, witnessed the shooting of the plane.
I believe this time international experts are going to put this report to good use.
