The New Times run this picture on the front page of its November 26, 2009 issue showing the two men Mazone Nsengimana (L) and Jean de Dieu Rurangwa as Car thieves, but we would like to clarify that Rurangwa was only misled into driving the car to Burundi and he actually assisted in its recovery.
