So, exactly who is Diplomate? Some of his fans call him Rwanda’s upcoming Snoop Dogg, because of his incredible rap style. But what we all agree upon is that Fassasi Nuur Diplomate, is one of Rwanda’s talented and most respected rappers. So, does this grant him the title of diplomat? Um! Not exactly but the star claims that he was given the name by his parent while when he was a little kid. Probably they had seen the potential in him to rule Rwanda’s music industry.
