Editor,I would like take this opportunity to wish each and every Rwandan a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I would like to especially wish all the best to the leadership of this great nation, from the President Paul Kagame to the grassroots leaders. It is because of your efforts that this year was better than the last, and I hope that through even more efforts from all of you, 2010 will be the best year Rwanda has ever had.
