Congratulations to Mr.President on his re-election as RPF Chairman
Editor, I was delighted to read in yesterday’s issue of your newspaper that His Excellency, President Paul Kagame, has been re-elected as Chairman of RPF. This only goes to show the giant strides that have been taken under his able leadership which has been acknowledged by everyone not only in Rwanda, but from all over the world.
