Man arrested for raping neighbour’s wife

KAYONZA – A-30-year old man in Mukarange sector in Kayonza district has been detained at Mukarange Police Station for allegedly raping a neighbour’s wife. Leonard Ngiriwonsanga, is alleged to have committed the crime on Monday morning, when the victim’s husband had gone to work.
