Civic education centre short of basic equipment

NYAGATARE – Students attending civic education at Rukomo site, Nyagatare district are in need of basins to reduce the time wasted sharing the few they have.‘We have to line up to bathe after the morning drills which is time consuming,’ Claude Maniraguha, one of the students complained.
