The Rector of the National University of Rwanda (NUR), Prof. Silas Lwakabamba over the weekend urged students to effectively utilise the available education resources to guarantee their future participation in national development.
Lwakabamba said this while presiding over Green Hills Academy annual graduation ceremony that saw 52 senior six leavers graduate in various disciplines.
“The education system is open and accommodative for any course you undertake, students should therefore utilize the chance if they are to participate in the development of this country,” Lwakabamba said at the event that was also attended by the Sports and Culture Minister Joseph Habineza.
Green Hills Academy Headmaster, Ron Wallace said the school is focused at producing a variety of students with capabilities in different disciplines.
He said that the school operates on the highly ranked Cambridge English program and the Singapore mathematics and science system.
