Man flees after defiling 4-year old
KAYONZA – Security organs in Kayonza district have mounted a search for a man who allegedly escaped after defiling a 4-year old child. Emmanuel Sengimana, 20, allegedly committed the offense on Thursday in Nyagatovu in Mukarange sector.
