Today, the world’s most coveted trophy touches down in Namibia’s capital Windhoek; after a four-day tour in Angola. From Namibia, it will head to Zambia, the 35th African country to host it. This year’s trophy tour is the longest ever with FIFA and Coca-Cola taking the gold trophy to 86 countries over 225 days. It is awarded to the winning nation at each World Cup tournament.
