Mother held for dumping baby

KAYONZA - A teenage mother who dumped her newly born baby boy in the bush went through a citizen arrest and was handed over to Mukarange Police Station in Kayonza District. Delphine Umulisa, 19, had delivered a healthy baby at Rwinkwavu Hospital, a couple of days ago.
