My humble request to the CEO of MTN Rwanda is for him to randomly attempt to call the MTN Call Centre (no. 456) and then try to call 075100 ( the Rwandatel Call Centre) and near the difference.
What I noticed is that your 456 Call Center will never connect; and please don’t try to tell me that it is over crowded because of the many customers.
Secondly, you are spending lots of money on big billboards advertising the “Please Call Me” application but I request you to try it as well. You will probably get a ‘message application time out’.
Instead of spending lot of money on publicity you can spend that money in improving services and quality.
