ITC stalls Baby pro move
ELIAS Uzamukunda ‘Baby’s has been frustrated by delays to secure an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) from Rwanda’s football body, Ferwafa. THE French Football Association (FFA) wants an ITC before clearing the 18-year-old to feature for Ligue 2 side FC Nantes.
