Jay Polly set for concert in Belgium
Celebrated hip hop star Joshua Tuyishime aka Jay Polly is set for his upcoming concert in Belgium. The Tuff Gang crew rapper will be performing at Birmingham Palace events centre in Brussels on September 6. According Jay Polly, he was invited by Rwandans living in Belgium.
