Switch off the lights!
Editor, I get so disappointed when I walk through Kigali city and the Kigali-Kimihurura road and realize that no one takes the initiative to switch off the street lights during the day.
The streetlights opposite UTC. During the day, some of these lights remain on, wasting electricity.
