A letter to candidates

Dear candidates, brothers, sisters and friends who are to sit for the national exam today. It is my great pleasure to wish you all the best in these exams.

Dear candidates, brothers, sisters and friends who are to sit for the national exam today. It is my great pleasure to wish you all the best in these exams.

Today I pray that God gives you grace and courage to face the exams with out fear or panic. The reason why I am so concerned and praying for you, is that sitting for the national exams is not easy.

The national exams are tougher than the usual exams we normally do at the end of the term. I was also told that before sitting for these exams, teachers are told to do their best and teach the students well so that they can pass with higher marks.

Students on the other hand are also called upon to read harder so they can pass the exams with out any fear.

Ehhh... What a challenge! But since I now know this in time, I will make sure that I start reading hard right from where I am (P.1). By the time I reach P.6 or S.1, I will have read and understand all the things the national examination board sets for us.

Dear candidates, from the bottom of my heart, allow me to tell you that whatever you find on these exams, just keep on trusting yourself. Have faith and hope for the best.

Don’t judge yourselves until the results are exposed.
If results come back and it happens that you have not made it, do not lose hope – I know God will help you find your way if your desire to go to higher levels of learning.

I hereby wish you success in the tomorrow’s exams. May you complete your last papers with confidence, believing that you will fly with excellent marks.
