Head of Internal Audit

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree with a professional qualification like ACCA, CPA OR CI

Experience

-       A minimum of 10 years’ experience in auditing preferably in a financial institution or a highly process driven business organization

-       To provide the Board, the Executive Committee (EXCO) and other managers at all levels, independent, objective and reasonable assurance with regard to their being in control of the activities and operations of the Bank and to provide a true and fairness opinion on the financial statements. Internal Audit Department does so by conducting financial, operational and compliance audits and furnishes them with analyses, advice and recommendations concerning risk management, control and governance processes.

Head of Product Development

Education & Qualification

-       A university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field

Experience

-       Minimum 8 years of relevant product development and marketing experience in banking industry

-       Working to expand the Bank’s overall product portfolioand improve the bank’s value proposition to the market by conceptualizing, developing and commercializing new products and improving on existing ones.

 

Retail Regional Head

Education & Qualification

-       Relevant business degree

Experience

-       8 - 10 years’ work experience

-       3 - 5 years senior managerial experience) overseeing multiple processes across  sales, credit and operations, preferably within a financial services organization.

-       Overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the Bank business within a specified region. To foster an efficient, risk adjusted and effective operational environment with high performing teams that deliver best customer service to the Bank‘s clients.

 

Alternative Channels Manager

Education & Qualification

-       Relevant business degree in business, economics and other relevant fields

Experience

-       5 year+ experience in Digital products development and marketing  preferably within a financial services organization or telecommunications company

-       The role is responsible for defining and driving the overall Digital Channels Banking strategy of the Bank while incorporating key industry and digital insights to position the Bank as a digital leader.

Branch Managers

 

Education & Qualification

-       Relevant business degree

 

Experience

-       4years+ sales, credit and operations experience at a senior level, preferably within a financial services organisation with a proven track –record of successful sales, stakeholder engagement and team leadership

-       Overall leadership, management, growth and profitability of the Bank’s business within a defined catchment area springing from the respective branch.

Corporate Relationship Manager

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree in above mentioned fields would be an added advantage. 

Experience

-       3 years+ experience in Commercial or Retail Banking with at least two years managing relationships with clients.

-       To properly and professionally maintain existing corporate clients and proactively acquiring new clients in the target group,identifying client needs and providing tailor made solutions for them.

ALM/Bs/Fx Trader

Education & Qualification

-       Relevant business degree e.g. Economics, Finance, Mathematics

Experience

-       7+ years’ GMT and Treasury experience encompassing Market Risk, liquidity, balance sheet management and capital management.

-       To manage the assets and liabilities of the in-country bank to generate income and ensure the bank is appropriately funded on a day-to-day basis.

Corporate Sales Associate

Education & Qualification

-       Relevant business degree e.g. Economics, Finance, Mathematics.

Experience

3-5+ years’ markets experience in a client-facing / sales role

-       To interface with Corporate clients, branches and Corporate function as the face of Treasury, to facilitate bespoke transactions for corporate and commercial clients, as well as provide market information to clients.

Survey & Quantification Manager

 

Education & Qualification

-       Civil Engineering Degree with a specialization in Quantity Survey, Certificate in Property Valuation

Experience

-       A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Property Valuer

-       To Support the bank’s Credit Risk Management by ensuring independent valuation of properties to be financed/ held as collateral is carried out in a professional and thorough manner and updated reviews and reports produced in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Corporate Credit Analyst

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics. A certificate in Credit Analysis will be an added advantage

Experience

-       A minimum of 2 years in Credit Analysis in a Financial Institution

-       To interface with Corporate clients, branches and Corporate function as the face of Treasury, to facilitate bespoke transactions for corporate and commercial clients, as well as provide market information to clients.

SME Credit Analyst

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, economics, business. A certificate in credit analysis will be an added advantage

Experience

-       A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit analysis in a financial institution.

-       To support the SME Segment in achieving their asset growth targets by providing effective value adding risk management, whilst maintaining a quality-lending book, through judicious and effective management thereof.

 

Team Leader – Recoveries & Administration

Education & Qualification

-       Business-orientated/Legal Bachelors  qualification [e.g. Commerce, Finance,  LLB or CA(SA

Experience

-       2 years’ experience in a Rehabilitation and Recoveries unit

-       To effectively work all Written off accounts to contribute towards increasing the recovery rate and diligently update control registers, outsourced files and supply of demographic information when required.

Senior Accountant, Financial control & Operational risk

Education & Qualification

-       University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce.

-       Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA with at least 3 years will be an advantage

Experience

-       A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience preferably in a financial institution

-       To ensure the overall integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger as a basis for the preparation of Financial and Management reports.

HR coordinator & Analytics officer

 

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business,

Experience

-       Computer Science or a related discipline

2+years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.

-       To provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.

Applications developer

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, electrical engineering, Telecom Engineering

Experience

-       A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT software development

-       To design, develop, implement and maintain new and existing applications, databases and initiatives.

Architects solutions design

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, electrical engineering, Telecom Engineering

Experience

-       5+ years’ solution design and architecture experience with a strong application development background

-       To ensure the Bank’s IT architecture facilitates innovation where possible in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.

 

T24 Database Administrator

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, electrical engineering, Telecom Engineering

Experience

-       A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Base Administration   preferably IBM DB2.

-       To ensure performance, integrity and security of the  T 24 databases

Network  Administrator

Education & Qualification

-       Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, electrical engineering, Telecom EngineeringCCNA completed course certificate, Having other Cisco certificate is an added advantage

Experience

-       A minimum of 2 years of successful experience with the design, specification, installation and support of local and wide area computer networks.

-       To ensure the ongoing stability of the bank’s country network infrastructure and to implement and manage new and existing applications and initiatives from a network and infrastructure perspective
