Building Client Service enhances customer loyalty

Access Bank rwanda last month scooped the Best Banking services Provider award in the annual customer satisfaction survey carried out by serviceMag, a quarterly service-centred magazine. The bank beat all the banks in the country to the coveted accolade.
This feat came as no surprise to the bank’s staff and clients given the efforts the institution has put into improving customer service over the past few years. For Innocent Higiro, the manager of Lavita Forex Bureau, it is always a pleasure to visit access Bank’s Union Trade Centre branch to deposit money, thanks to the joyful and hearty welcome he is given by the lady managing security at the entrance .
