Kinazi Cassava Plant : Joint efforts to double cassava production by 2014 to sufficiently serve both the local & foreign markets

In an effort to boost value addition projects that are central to effective commercialization of Agriculture, cassava crop also known as Tapioca has attracted the attention of various stakeholder institutions including Kinazi Cassava Plant, Rwanda Agricultural Board, farmers’ Cooperatives, local government officials, Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD), Rwanda Cooperatives Agency, IBAKWE and IFDC.
