The Kigali Convention Centre on Friday hosted fireworks that were organised by local brewer, Bralirwa when it unveiled one of its latest products. The fireworks coincided with the beginning of the festive season. Already, the City of Kigali has desginated different places from where fireworks will be lit at midnight on December 31, to usher in 2019. Emmanuel Kwizera.
